Guideline for communications

All presentations should be in English.

Abstracts should be uploaded on the website https://spindays2022.sciencesconf.org/submission/submit. Maximum of words: 500.

Once you have submited your abstract, a scientific committee will decide whether your presentation will be a poster or a talk. You will receive a notification the 1st of november 2022. 

1. Guideline and format for posters

• Posters should be in PORTRAIT format with a maximum dimensions A0, i.e. height: 118 cm x width: 84,1 cm. 
• Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster. 

During the poster session the presenting authors should be present in the poster area for free discussion.

2. Guideline for talks

Oral presentations will be strictly limited to 15 minutes. A 5-minute period between presentations will accommodate questions, discussion, and introduction of the next speaker. Time limits will be strictly enforced by session chair.

Communications have to be in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or Portable Document Format (.pdf). The venue will be equipped with a dedicated PC laptop operated under Windows. You should send the presentation to spin-days@igf.cnrs.fr before the 22nd of november 2022. Please, bring your presentation on a USB key.

Please, be present in the conference room 15 min before the beginning of your session in order to have time to discuss with the session chair that will be in charge to introduce you.
